Clear payment state
If payment is interrupted or remains pending, contact support with the checkout reference instead of retrying repeatedly.
Order currency
The checkout shows the order currency and total before the payment handoff. Your bank may apply its own conversion or fee.
Payment confirmation
After the payment step, wait for the order confirmation page and confirmation email. A bank authorization alone is not the final order state.
