Alfazox is a medical device intended to help manage symptoms of gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD). It combines hyaluronic acid and chondroitin sulfate to support protection of the esophageal and gastric mucosa.
The formulation includes Poloxamer 407 to promote adherence to the esophageal lining, aiding protection against aggressive gastric acidity. Chondroitin sulfate may assist in mucosal recovery.
