Grind 1 teaspoon of dried herb, add 200ml of boiling water, simmer for 3-5 minutes, steep for 90-120 minutes in a dark place. Strain and take 1 tablespoon three times daily for seven days. For preventative use (blood pressure regulation), take once daily.
For women, steep 1.5 tablespoons of dried herb in 200ml boiling water for 3-4 hours. Strain and take 1 tablespoon six times daily.
Steep 100g of finely chopped herb in 300ml boiling water for 60 minutes. Take 3 tablespoons three times daily for 10-20 days (avoid during menstruation). Consult a gynecologist before using for preventative purposes.
