Usage Instructions:

Hot Compress:

1. Place the product in a bag and immerse it in warm water (approx. 60°C) for 4-6 minutes before use.
2. Alternatively, microwave on medium-low heat for 10 seconds. If not warm enough, repeat in 10-second intervals. Do not overheat.

Cold Compress:

1. Place the product in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. Remove and knead to a comfortable temperature before application.
2. For a colder effect, place in the freezer for 15-30 minutes. Remove, knead, and use when comfortably cool.

Important Notes:

• Ensure the gel inside remains pliable after refrigeration. Do not use if the gel is frozen solid.
• When microwaving, heat in 10-second increments only. Avoid overheating. Exercise caution when removing from the microwave to prevent burns.
• Allow the pack to cool completely before reheating. Never boil the pack.
