How to Use:

Hot Compress:

1. Submerge the pack in warm water (around 60°C / 140°F) for 4-6 minutes before use.
2. Alternatively, microwave on medium-low heat for 10-second intervals until comfortably warm. Avoid prolonged heating.

Cold Compress:

1. Chill in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. Knead gently before application for optimal comfort.
2. For a colder effect, place in the freezer for 15-30 minutes. Knead and use once it reaches a comfortable temperature.

Important Notes:

• Ensure the gel remains pliable after refrigeration. Do not use if the gel is frozen solid.
• When microwaving, heat in 10-second intervals only. Avoid overheating. Handle with care to prevent burns.
• Allow the pack to cool completely before reheating. Never boil the gel pack.
