How to Use:

Hot Compress:

1. Immerse the pack in warm water (around 60℃ / 140℉) for 4-6 minutes.
2. Alternatively, heat in a microwave on medium-low heat for 10-second intervals. Heat until comfortable, but avoid overheating.

Cold Compress:

1. Place the pack in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. Remove and knead to desired consistency.
2. For deeper cold, place in the freezer for 15-30 minutes. Remove and knead before use.

Important Notes:

• After refrigerating, ensure the gel beads are flexible and not frozen before application.
• When microwaving, heat in short, 10-second bursts. Do not overheat to prevent burns.
• Allow the pack to cool completely before reheating. Never boil the gel pack.

Usage:

Hot Compress:

1. Place the product in a bag and then in warm water at around 60℃ for about 4-6 minutes before use.
2. Place the product in the microwave (medium and low heat) and heat for 10 seconds before use. If it's not warm enough, you can reheat it for another 10 seconds, but do not set it for a long time immediately.

Cold Compress:

1. Place the product in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes, then take it out and knead with your hands until it is comfortable to use.
2. Place the product in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes, then take it out, knead with your hands, and use after reaching a comfortable body temperature.

Note:
