Use of Coletex-SMCH wound dressing with urea is contraindicated in individuals with hypersensitivity to urea or any components of the textile-biopolymer base.
Local allergic reactions such as itching, rash, and contact dermatitis are possible. Discontinue use immediately if any skin reactions occur.
Moisten the dressing with water or saline solution and apply to the affected area. Secure with a bandage or plaster. Maintain a moist environment by regularly re-moistening the dressing. The dressing can be left in place for up to 3 days.
Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature between 5-40°C (41-104°F). Shelf life is 3 years. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the packaging.
