Contraindications

Care Instructions
- Hand wash in a mild soap solution at 35-40°C (95-104°F).
- Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.
- Gently squeeze to remove excess water; do not wring.
- Air dry flat.
- Do not iron.
Application Instructions (Leg)
- Preparation: Lie down for 5-10 minutes with your legs elevated. Keep the leg elevated during bandaging.
- Foot: Begin at the ankle, wrapping the bandage around the foot from the ankle to the base of the toes.
- Leg: Continue up the leg, overlapping each turn by 50-70%. Apply the greatest tension at the ankle, gradually decreasing tension as you move upwards.
- Heel: Secure the heel with a "lock" to prevent slippage.
- Completion: Finish 5-10cm above the affected venous area. Secure the end with a clip.
Application Instructions (Arm)
- Begin by wrapping completely around the inner wrist.
- Make a diagonal wrap downwards, across the outer wrist between the thumb and index finger, then across the palm, back to the wrist.
- Wrap around the wrist and continue downwards, across the palm, then across the outer wrist between the thumb and index finger, back to the palm. Wrap around the wrist.
- Repeat step 2 and 3 to create a figure-eight pattern.
- Wrap around the wrist and begin wrapping upwards, overlapping each layer by half.
- Secure the bandage above the wrist.
