AzoPyram-D is a comprehensive reagent kit designed for the highly sensitive detection of latent blood traces. This versatile kit finds application in various fields, including forensic science, clinical medicine, and sanitation, making it an indispensable tool for ensuring hygiene and investigating crime scenes.
Combine the contents of Reagent 2 (bottle) and Reagent 1 (vial) into a 100ml volumetric flask. Add approximately 90ml of 95% ethyl alcohol, and mix thoroughly with a glass stirrer until completely dissolved (solution should be clear). Bring the volume up to the 100ml mark with 95% ethyl alcohol. Allow to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before use. Store the stock solution in a tightly closed glass container in a dark place at +2-8°C for up to 6 months, or at room temperature for up to 2 months.
Immediately before use, prepare the working solution by mixing equal volumes of the stock solution and freshly prepared 3% hydrogen peroxide (from hydrogen peroxide solution) in a 200ml volumetric flask. The working solution should be used within 2 hours.
Store the kit in its original packaging at a temperature of +10-35°C in a dry, dark place for the entire shelf life (12 months).
