Instructions for Use:

Hot Compress:
1. Place the gel pack in a bag and submerge in warm water (around 60℃) for 4-6 minutes.
2. Alternatively, microwave on medium-low heat for 10-second intervals, checking for desired temperature. Avoid prolonged heating at once.
Cold Compress:
1. Place the gel pack in the freezer for 30-60 minutes. Remove, knead, and use once the temperature is comfortable against the skin.
2. For quicker chilling, freeze for 15-30 minutes, then remove, knead, and use when comfortable.
