Usage Instructions

Hot Compress:

1. Place the pack in a container and submerge in warm water around 60°C (140°F). It will be ready for use in approximately 4-6 minutes.
2. Alternatively, heat in a microwave on medium-low power for 10-second intervals, shaking between each, until desired warmth is achieved. Avoid overheating.

Cold Compress:

1. Place the pack in your refrigerator's freezer for 30-60 minutes. Remove and massage to distribute the gel. Use once it reaches a comfortable temperature.
2. For quicker cooling, freeze for 15-30 minutes, remove, massage, and use when it feels comfortably cool against your body.
