Mediven Plus men's compression tights offer everyday comfort, especially in cooler weather. These opaque tights are exceptionally durable and provide optimal compression. The fabric's excellent longitudinal and transverse elasticity ensures a perfect fit, preventing bunching and ensuring comfortable wear. Specialized knitting techniques maintain ideal temperature and moisture balance. Silver-infused yarn in the toe area provides antibacterial and antifungal protection, combating odor.

Indications for Use (Compression Class 2):

• Varicose veins (multiple or single dilated veins longer than 5cm)
• Multiple spider veins
• Lymphedema (elephantiasis)
• Restless legs syndrome
• Thrombophlebitis
• Severe edema, including post-traumatic edema (fractures, dislocations)
• Varicophlebitis
• Compression therapy after phlebosclerotherapy
• Deep vein thrombosis prophylaxis in high-risk groups

Absolute Contraindications:

• Chronic occlusive arterial disease of the lower extremities (regional systolic pressure on the posterior tibial artery below 80 mmHg)
• Severe diabetic polyneuropathy and angiopathy
• Decompensated cardiopulmonary insufficiency
• Non-venous trophic ulcers
• Acute soft tissue infection
• Septic phlebitis

Relative Contraindications:

• Material intolerance
• Sensory disturbances

Sizing: Size selection is crucial and must be based on precise leg circumference and length measurements. Do NOT rely on shoe size or clothing size.
