Sizing Guide:

Important! The size (length) does not depend on your height. Measure your back length.

Measure the length of your back from the seventh cervical vertebra to the base of the sacrum.

How to Determine Your Size:

1. Using a measuring tape, measure your waist and hip circumferences snugly but not tightly.
2. Add the two measurements and divide by two.
3. Use the resulting measurement and your back length to find your size in the table above.

Incorrect waist measurement may compromise brace functionality.

Instructions for Use:

Put on over underwear. Adjust the metal stays to fit your body before fastening.

• Hand wash at 30°C (86°F).
• Wash with the contact fasteners closed.
• Do not rub or wring.
• Air dry flat away from heat sources.
