Walk FIT reshapes posture and improves hip alignment, easing knee, hip, and lower back pain. Foot size changes after the third decade of life are often due to foot deformities. For optimal results, select your insole size based on your foot size *before* significant deformity occurred (if applicable). If you are younger or your feet are healthy, choose your current size.
