ORTO Concept orthopedic insoles combine a semi-rigid plastic frame with an elastic Carbanosan material layer and a natural leather top cover. Designed for anatomical support, the insoles feature a pronounced metatarsal roll and a heel cup to help guide foot motion and distribute load across primary contact points.
Perforations across the surface support moisture control, while the construction aims to influence longitudinal and transverse arch behavior and improve walking biomechanics. A non-woven layer on the underside adds comfort and stability within the shoe.
