The Krayt B-814 #2 hip support brace provides strong fixation and prevents hip dislocations and forced displacement of the proximal femur and/or its fragments outwards, backwards, and forwards. Ideal for individuals with a predisposition to hip dislocations, hip instability, in the early post-operative period following hip arthroplasty, and for fractures and non-unions of the proximal femur (neck and trochanteric region). Featuring three removable rigid stays along the femur axis and four strategically placed pockets for optimal joint stabilization, this right-sided brace (also available for the left leg) ensures superior support and comfort. Made from a blend of 42% polyester, 40% cotton, 15% polypropylene, and 3% latex. For proper sizing, measure the fullest part of your buttocks before purchasing. Hand wash in cold water separately with a mild detergent. Air dry away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not iron, bleach, dry clean, or use solvents.
