Measure your waist and hip circumferences tightly (but not constricting) with a measuring tape. Add the two measurements and divide by two. Use the resulting measurement to select the correct size from the size chart (size chart not included here, but would be on the product page).

Hand wash at 30°C (86°F). Fasten all hook-and-loop closures before washing. Do not rub, wring, or machine wash. Dry flat away from heat. Do not iron, dry clean, or use solvents or bleach.
