Gargling Instructions

1. Open one 2g sachet of DuoLor Sea Salt.
2. Empty the contents into a 220ml container.
3. Add warm water and stir until completely dissolved. Always use freshly prepared solution.
4. Take a mouthful of solution, tilt your head back, and gargle, making a prolonged "uh" sound for approximately 10 seconds.
5. Spit out the solution. Do NOT swallow.
6. Repeat for 3-5 minutes, every 2 hours initially, then 3-4 times daily.
7. Avoid eating or drinking for one hour after gargling.
8. Not suitable for children under 3 years old.

Nasal Irrigation Instructions

1. Open one 2g sachet of DuoLor Sea Salt.
2. Empty the contents into a nasal irrigator.
3. Fill the irrigator with room temperature water.
4. Secure the lid and shake until the powder is completely dissolved.
5. Irrigate each nostril 2-3 times.
6. If solution enters the throat, do NOT swallow.
